The practices of The Gentle Path represent an applied distillation of current scientific research in health and Welfare.

A recent search conducted in PubMed

medical-scientific search engine containing more than 33 million citations from the biomedical literature with direct access to the world database related to life sciences and biotechnology, confirms that:

  • providing multisensory stimulation to the individual offers, in terms of the effectiveness of the approach, undeniable advantages;
  • that the individual disciplines underlying the practices (acupressure, mindfulness, sound therapy and color therapy) represent validated treatment options;
  • that the use of online programs of meditation and psychophysical well-being and the results obtained turn out to be appreciated by the majority ofsample users;
  • that the inclusion of immersive audio among the therapeutic method constitute a further increase to the effectiveness of the experience.

The Gentle Path condenses, in the practices’ structure, its content and its delivery, all the elements that current scientific research in the field is investigating and of which it emphasizes an increasing relevance.

The reference numbers of researches published by PUBMED (link to pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov) are given as examples.
