After a long experience in the field of urgency, she realises that helping people living better every day is at
least as important as saving their lives. “The greatest medicine of all is teaching people how not to
need it” becomes her motto.

Project coordinator and founder
Program & Project Manager, with experience in ICT, international development projects and events. Degree in business administration with marketing specialisation.
2013 International Kerzner Award for Excellence in Project Management. Author and speaker. A wellness researcher from the time she was very young, Esther has realized that personal well-being is based on the ability “to listen” to one’s body and that this awareness can be the first building block for social and collective well-being.
